The short version
Surya Sabarwal has been writing since he was sixteen, and some of his poems first appeared on adyingstar.com. He grew up on rhyme and learned, slowly, to write without it.
The people who know him say he lives several lives at once: a hopeless romantic, a collector of beautiful, overpriced things, and the friend you can always count on. More than once, he has had everything. More than once, he has found the courage to leave it all behind and start over.
Nobody Told You It Would Feel Like This is his debut collection.
